For many of you, Edwinstowe House already feels familiar, most of my long‑term clients saw me there before my time at The Health Barn. Coming back to this space feels steady, known, and quietly welcoming.
Edwinstowe House isn’t a retreat or a rural hideaway. It’s a lively business centre with parking, neighbours, and a café on site. It has an everyday, grounded atmosphere that supports the work without intensity or isolation.
It’s a place full of movement and community, and it feels like the right environment for the next stage of Elemental Evolution.
My time at The Health Barn began on a cold January morning last year, when a shared vision was taking shape. I stepped into the role of co‑creator, helping to build the early foundations of the space and the work that unfolded there.
As with many chapters, things evolve. After reflection, and for personal reasons, I’ve chosen to step away and move into a space that aligns more closely with the direction Elemental Evolution is growing into.
I’m grateful for the experience and everything I learned along the way.
I wish Charlotte and Helen ease and success in whatever comes next.
This move marks a natural transition, a closing of one chapter and the beginning of another that feels grounded and true.
You’ll also notice a small but meaningful shift in how my practice is named. Elemental Evolution will now sit under:
Amanda Statham‑Waring — Elemental Evolution
After the past eighteen months of growth and clarity, it feels right to step more fully into my own name and identity. Evolution isn’t linear, and this shift reflects the direction and steadiness that have emerged over the past year and a half.
All sessions — Foundation Sessions, acupuncture, hypnopuncture, hypnotherapy, Qigong‑inspired movement, and future offerings — will now take place at Edwinstowe House.
I’ll be on holiday shortly, and the move will be completed while I’m away. Bookings will reopen as soon as I return, and you’ll be able to select the new location when scheduling.
Edwinstowe House offers:
easy parking and accessibility
a café on site
a welcoming, everyday atmosphere
a stable environment for reflective inner work
It’s not a retreat space, and it doesn’t need to be. It’s a steady, supportive home for the work we’re stepping into.
I’m looking forward to welcoming you back.
I’m Amanda Statham‑Waring, practitioner at Elemental Evolution. My work brings together acupuncture, hypnopuncture, hypnotherapy, Qigong‑inspired movement, and reflective practices shaped by the elemental philosophy at the heart of this brand.
