I’m Amanda Statham‑Waring, a multi‑qualified practitioner with a background spanning Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture, hypnotherapy, coaching, Qigong, Reiki, meditation, and body‑based awareness practices. I’ve been working in integrative practice since 2009, shaped by nearly two decades of study, exploration, and lived experience.
My work brings together Eastern and Western frameworks in a grounded, practical way. Rather than separating modalities, I draw from the full breadth of my training to create a steady, attuned, multi‑modal approach that reflects the person sitting in front of me.
Elemental Evolution is the current expression of this work — a place where acupuncture, hypnotherapy, coaching, Qigong, and subtle energetic practices meet in a calm, considered way.
I began studying holistic therapies in 2004, completing foundational training in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic bodywork before going on to earn my BSc (Hons) Acupuncture (TCM) at the University of Lincoln in 2009.
Over the years, my work has expanded through continued professional development in coaching, hypnotherapy, Qigong, and energy‑based practices.

I’ve taught a range of body‑based and reflective practices, including Indian Head Massage, Jade Roller & Gua Sha face massage, and Journey Into Journaling. Teaching continues to shape the way I work, practical, embodied, and accessible.
These qualifications form the foundation of my work, but the heart of my practice is how they integrate. My approach is steady, grounded, and shaped by the pace each person arrives with. Sessions draw from acupuncture, hypnotherapy, coaching, Qigong, and subtle energetic practices in a way that reflects the moment and the individual.
My work does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Instead, it offers a multi‑modal, reflective approach informed by the varied training and experience I’ve gathered over the past two decades.
The first step is a Foundation Session — a longer appointment that gives us time to explore what feels present and identify which modalities may be most suitable moving forward.
